MULTI-SITE COMMUNITY MANAGERS
Multi-site community managers are the primary contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private vendor contractors servicing the associations. This active, fast-paced position includes property inspections on a routine basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring the assigned work, solicitation of bids, processing ACC requests submitted by homeowners. preparation for and attending board meetings (usually in the evening), preparation and presentation of all financials, and working closely with the assigned Administrative Assistant.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS
Administrative assistants are the link between the manager and the community and its residents. This multi-tasking role addresses assistance with correspondence, updating information on our proprietary software system, assisting with preparation of board meeting and annual meeting packets, attending annual meetings (usually in the evening), monitoring work orders and ACC submissions and other duties as assigned by the manager.
