IMPORTANT: Before you begin the online payment processing, you will need to know the name of your Association and your account number located on your assessment billing coupon or statement. ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS: (Please know that you may setup a one time payment or recurring payment as debit to your checking, savings, or credit card account.)
1) You may pay via "e-Check", which is a self-initiated one time debit from your checking account at no cost to you.
2) You may pay via credit card: MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, with a 2.5% convenience fee. Please know that Visa is not accepted.
3) You may setup a "Recurring Payment" and choose your method of payment (e-check or credit card).
*Please know that once your transaction is complete, SmartStreet will provide you with a confirmation number.
*Please keep in mind, to avoid late fees your payment online could take 3+ days to process.
